Sponsorship in the Fall Golf Classic is offered in many different ways. The following are the opportunities available to your company or you depending on your budget.
Title Sponsor
(one spot): $10,000

As the title sponsor your name will appear prominently in the name of the tournament and will be included in all printed and promotional tournament materials. Your company will be included in all written and oral press releases. You will get a full-page inside front ad in the tournament program and a full column in the player brochure. You will receive a commemorative tournament flag framed to be displayed in your place of business or home. You will also be given the opportunity to include on-site sampling or couponing to drive perspective customers to your place of business. All four par three’s will have hole-in-one competition with cars as the prize with your name prominently shown. Your name will appear on the official tournament banner to be hung in a strategic location on the golf course premises. You will be extended four tournament-playing spots for your employees, venders, friends, family or you. And finally, you will be asked to participate in the charity check presentation where your entire contribution will go to the charities.
Dinner Sponsor (up to two spots): $5,000
As the Dinner Sponsor, special recognition will be given at the awards dinner and silent auction. Your company will be included in all printed and promotional tournament materials. Each sponsor will also receive the full-page inside or outside rear ad in the tournament program. A commemorative flag will be framed for your office or home. You will also be extended four tournament-playing spots for employees, guests, friends, family or you. Couponing will also be available should you desire to include some business promotional materials in the tournament player’s favor upon check in at the registration desk. You will have a separate check presentation with your entire contribution going the charities.
Hole-in-One Sponsor (up to four spots): $1,000
A brand new automobile will be displayed at each of the four par three holes. Should anyone score a hole-in-one, that person wins the use of that car for the next two years. The Hole-in-One sponsor will be included in all of the promotional materials given to players before, during and after the tournament. Each sponsor will receive a half page ad in the tournament program. Couponing for the Hole-in-One sponsor will be available in the same manner as indicated in the Dinner Sponsor package above. Each Hole-in-One sponsor will receive additional special recognition at the awards dinner.
Golf Ball Sponsor (one
spot): $1,000

The Golf Ball sponsor will have the logo of their choosing imprinted on every golf ball given out in the tournament. Every player will receive a sleeve of three golf balls upon check in at the registration desk. The Golf Ball sponsor will receive a half page ad in the tournament program and be included in promotional materials given to all participants.
Hole Sponsor (eighteen spots): $500
Every hole will have but one sponsor. Signage will properly positioned on every tee box and green. Each sponsor will receive a quarter page ad in the tournament program and be included in promotional materials. At the conclusion of the tournament, each Hole sponsor will be presented with the commemorative flag representing the hole they sponsored.
Beverage Cart Sponsor (two spots): $500
There will be two “traveling” beverage carts filled with soda, water and beer. One cart will circle the front nine while the other cart circles the back nine. These two carts will constantly be on the move to quench the biggest thirst. Each cart will have appropriate signage recognizing the Beverage Cart sponsors. Each sponsor will receive a quarter page ad in the tournament program and included in promotional materials.
Lunch Sponsor (one spot): $500
Prior to a shotgun start, all players and guests will receive lunch to be hosted by the Lunch sponsor. The sponsor will receive special signage on the patio recognizing them as the Lunch sponsor. The sponsor will receive a quarter page ad in the tournament program and included in promotional materials.
Range Sponsor (one spot): $500
Range warm up practice balls will be provided for the players prior to the tournament. Special signage will be placed at the range to recognize the Range sponsor. The sponsor will receive a quarter page ad in the tournament program and be included in promotional materials.
Program Sponsor (five spots): $500
To recognize all the sponsors, the charities, the players and provide a timetable of planned events, the Program sponsor becomes very important. Every player and guest will receive a tournament program to take home. As the Program sponsor, you will collectively receive the other full inside front-page ad of the tournament program.
Patron Sponsorship:
For those who want to help the cause but don’t play golf, there are four other non-golfing sponsorships available. Each sponsor will be given a special tribute in the tournament program.
Platinum ($400) Includes four tickets to attend dinner
Gold ($300) Includes three tickets to attend dinner
Silver ($200) Includes two tickets to attend dinner
Bronze ($100) Includes one ticket to attend dinner
